Formed by professionals from the business sector, REDI aims to encourage companies to encourage and promote the diversity and inclusion of the LGTBI collective among their workers, seeking the promotion of good practices for the reconciliation of personal and work life.

In this annual presentation event, the general director for Equality of Treatment and Diversity of REDI, Ignacio Sola, stressed that the improvement of the legislative framework and the establishment of alliances between the public and private sectors are “a sign of the commitment that the Government has assumed in favor of promoting equal treatment and diversity. “

He also stressed that from the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Equality, multiple initiatives have been launched in recent months with the purpose of fostering “more inclusive” environments with sexual diversity and gender identity in Business.
